Description:
Telemetry unit with a total of 27 beds.
Day shift consists of 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, and 3 PCTs.
Night shift consists of 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, and 3 PCTs.
Patient ratios follow a team model of 9-10 patients per RN/LVN team.
Equipped with telemetry monitors and IV pumps.
Uses Meditech as the electronic medical record system.
Candidates should possess a positive attitude and be adaptable, flexible, and a team player.
Candidates without telemetry experience and ACLS certification will not be considered for this role.
All staff may be floated to any other medical/surgical unit as needed.
Scheduling requires working every other weekend, with adjustments based on unit needs.
