Description:
This position is on a mixed acuity unit with a focus on cardiac care.
The unit has 17 beds with a patient ratio of 5:1.
Required equipment includes Dynamaps, glucometers, IV and SCD pumps, lift equipment, bladder scanners, cardiac monitoring, and Provizio SEMs scanner.
The electronic medical record system used is Cerner.
The position requires floating to any PCU or Med-Surg unit as needed.
The work schedule includes every other weekend with no call requirements.
The ideal candidate should be friendly, a team player, a critical thinker, self-motivated, and flexible.
Dress code requires wearing galaxy blue scrubs, with the option of a white or gray undershirt.
