Travel Nurse RN – Rehab – $1,971 per week in Louisville, KY

Job Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Rehabilitation

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: 2+ years recent experience

License: Registered Nurse (RN)

Certifications: BLS AHA, NIH

Must-Have: Trach care, G-tube care, wound care, IV administration

Job Description:

– Work on a medical-surgical, acute in-patient rehab unit
– Provide compassionate care, emphasizing teamwork
– Handle patient ratios of 5:1 or 6:1
– Operate and manage IV pumps, feeding pumps, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and wound negative pressure therapy
– Use EMR system for patient documentation
– Float requirements as needed
– Must adhere to scrub color guidelines of galaxy blue

Additional Preferred Experience:

– Acute rehab/med surg experience
– ACLS certification
– VAD certification
