Job Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day Shift, 12 hours

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, 3 shifts/week

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in specialty required, no exceptions

License: NC or Compact License required

Certifications: RN License with expiration date

Must-Have:
– List of certifications with expiration dates
– Full social security number, date of birth, and address
– All requests for time off should be submitted initially

Job Description:

– Bi-weekly start dates with 4-6 weeks on average needed for compliance
– Voice interview and nurse manager screening/interview required
– Holiday work is required
– Weekend work is required every other weekend
– Floating required within areas of similar acuity
– Callouts for scheduled shifts will require make-up shifts as deemed necessary by the department
