**Job Description:**

– Work in a 30-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6.
– Provide care for common diagnoses such as pneumonia and sepsis.
– Utilize Epic charting system for patient documentation.
– Wear navy blue scrubs as part of the dress code.
– Support areas include the float pool and similar units.
– Perform special procedures including breathing treatments, chest tube setup and care, CPAP/BiPAP, and tracheostomy care.
– Be available to work every other weekend as per requirements.
– Ability to float as needed according to skillset.
