**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

**Must-Have:**
– ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
– Neuro and Trauma Care experience

**Job Description:**

– Work in a Progressive Care Unit with 44 beds.
– Collaborate with a team of 95 staff, including CNC/Charge nurses, RNs, CNAs, and a Health Unit Coordinator.
– Maintain patient ratios of 4:1 at grid and 5:1 when stretched.
– Utilize various equipment such as IV pumps, Skylift, PCA pump, chest tubes, and patient lifts.
– Document patient information using the Cerner EMR system.
– Perform neuro and spinal checks, C-Collar placement, TLSO braces, chest tube management, PCA pump handling, IV infusions, lumbar drain care, feeding tube placement, and blood transfusions.
– Demonstrate team-player attitude and patient-focused care.
– Flexible to float to stepdown and med-surg units as needed.
– Comply with the dress code by wearing navy blue scrubs.
– Available for shifts every other weekend.
