Job Description:
– Provide specialized nursing care in the telemetry unit.
– Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and report any changes in patient condition.
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
– Administer medications and treatments as per the physician’s orders.
– Educate patients and families regarding medical procedures and ongoing care.
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
