Location: Manhattan NY
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift Timing: 9a – 9:30p or 7a -70p
Position Type: Local & Travel
Pay: $3000 – $3600/week

Job Summary:
This critical care unit specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions through interventional procedures such as angioplasty and stenting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cardiac procedures: Support physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, including angiograms, angioplasty, stent placements, and pacemaker/ICD insertions.
  • Prepare patients for procedures: Conduct pre-procedure assessments, verify informed consent, start IVs, and ensure patients are appropriately prepped both physically and emotionally.
  • Monitor patients during procedures: Continuously assess patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall status throughout procedures; respond quickly to changes or complications.
