Job Description

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments per physician orders.

• Provide pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients.

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to deliver exceptional care.

• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies.
