Description:

Night Shift hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Work schedule includes every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Floating Requirement includes all inpatient areas such as ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg.
Nurse to patient ratio varies between 1:4-6.
The unit comprises a 32-bed ICU/Stepdown mix.
Responsibilities include caring for patients with respiratory insufficiency and failure, endocrine disorders, electrolyte imbalances, stroke, cardiac arrest, sepsis, COVID, TB, renal disorders, and more.
ICU nurse to patient ratio is 1:1-3.
Stepdown unit ratio is 1:4-5.
