Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility.
The position involves working night shifts from 6 PM to 6:30 AM.
This role includes every other weekend and holiday coverage.
The assignment duration is 13 weeks, with a guaranteed weekly schedule of 36 hours.
Experience in long-term care, dementia, and rehabilitation is preferred.
The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:30.
The electronic medical record system used is PCC.
Candidates must have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
This role will provide essential nursing care to patients in a post-acute setting.
