Description:
The position requires working in a long-term care/snf environment.
Shifts are 12 hours long, beginning at 0600 and ending at 1830.
Weekend coverage will be required every third weekend.
Holidays will be covered every third holiday.
Staff will work an average of 36 hours per week.
Overtime may be available for this location.
The facility’s electronic medical record system is PCC.
LPNs will be expected to manage a patient ratio of 1:32.
Common patient diagnoses include all types relevant to long-term care.
Orientation will be provided by the staff at the facility.
No on-call or callback shifts are available.
Candidates must possess a valid nursing license.
