No Charge Differential at facilities.
No on call or callback available.
Backouts and quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a fee.
Unit Notes:
Number of beds: 97.
Staffing Ratio: 1:37.
Plus a CMA to pass medications.
Charting System: PCC.
IV certification required for LPNs.
Weekend requirement: Every other.
Holidays: Rotating.
Shifts available: 8-hour shifts.
Common diagnoses/types of patients include: Tube feeds, trach cares, wound cares, IVs, stroke, skilled services, memory care.
