Description:
Critical Access Hospital position available.
The role involves working in both the Emergency Room and Med-Surg care areas.
The unit consists of 25 beds, serving patients of all ages.
Staffing ratio is 1:4 for med-surg patients.
There is a shared weekend schedule with no on-call requirements.
Nurses will float between med-surg and the Emergency Department as needed.
Experience with EMR systems, specifically CPSI-Evident, is beneficial.
This position offers the opportunity for a manager interview and direct offer.
Flexibility in scheduling is appreciated, with some day shifts required as well.
