– Competency in drips and medications
– Travel experience preferred
– Flu vaccine required with medical exemptions only

Description:
The role involves providing care in a Medical Surgical setting.
Orientation occurs every Monday with a 16-hour training requirement.
The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5-6.
Candidates must submit medical exemption documentation for the flu vaccine if applicable.
Certification in BLS and ACLS must be obtained from the American Heart Association.
Previous probationary actions on a license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Candidates must have a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility for eligibility.
Modules must be completed prior to start and are included in the non-billable training.
Failure to submit insufficient documentation will result in a postponed start date.
