Description:
The position is in Adult Medical Oncology.
The unit cares for patients undergoing Bone Marrow Transplant, CAR-T therapy, and those with hematologic and solid tumor malignancies.
Candidates must possess a current nursing license and BLS certification.
Two years of experience in nursing, particularly in oncology, is required.
Experience with VAD and central lines is essential.
The patient population includes adults with oncology and bone marrow transplant needs.
Acute care and telemetry experience is also required.
Familiarity with Alaris pumps and EPIC is preferred.
Orientation dates will be provided prior to starting.
The schedule requires commitment to every other weekend and holidays as needed by the unit.
No on-call duty is required.
