We are seeking a qualified RN Case Manager to join our team.
The position focuses on the Case Management department.
The unit consists of RNs and social workers.
The typical patient ratio is 1 RN Case Manager to 20-25 patients.
Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
EMR experience with Meditech is required.
Candidates with experience in Interqual are preferred.
This role will require working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
