Description:
The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical setting.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
Assist with daily living activities and promote patient comfort.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
