Description:
The facility has a Same Day Surgery unit with 12 beds.
There are 16 staff members in the unit.
The patient-to-nurse ratio is 3:1.
Common types of equipment used include VS monitors, US machines, EPOC, and glucometers.
The electronic medical record system used is Meditech.
There are no on-call requirements for this position.
There are no weekend requirements.
Preferred skills for candidates include experience in PACU Phase I.
Typical procedures performed include ortho, spine, general, bariatrics, GYN, urology, podiatry, endoscopy, and robotics.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, outgoing, positive, happy, and engaged.
Scrubs will be provided as part of the dress code.
