Number of Beds: 17
Number of Staff: 6 RNs, 1 PCT on Days; 6 RNs, 1 PCT on Nights
Patient Ratios: Estimated 1:4
Type of equipment: None
EMR: Meditech

Typical hiring profile:
Skill Set Most Recruited For: Time management
Preferred: ACLS certification

General surgeries
Kidney transplants
Pre-liver workups

Best personality fit: Team-oriented, adaptable to various situations

Floating Area(s): All acute care areas including medical-surgical, general surgical, renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, and orthopedic.

Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Specific unit policies and guidelines may be provided upon request.

Weekends and On-call: 4 weekend shifts required per scheduling period of 4 weeks.
