Description:
The role involves working in a short-term acute care facility with a total of 402 staffed beds.
The nurse will be required to work rotating shifts, which may include switching between days and nights within the same week.
Flexibility is a must due to potential schedules that alternate between days and nights over several weeks.
The position requires weekend coverage every other weekend and the ability to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.
Orientation consists of 28 hours.
Employees are required to have the flu vaccine with no exemptions allowed.
Scrubs are not provided, and any color without other hospital logos is acceptable.
Charting is completed using Cerner.
Modules are expected to be completed pre-start and during orientation and may vary by specialty.
Modules are recorded via transcripts.
