Job Description
**Job Title:** RN Clinical Nurse – Neuro ICU Night Shift
**Job Specialty:** Registered Nurse / Licensed – Inpatient
**Job Duration:** 13 Weeks
**Shift:** Night Shift, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:** Not Specified
**Experience:** Neuro ICU experience required
**License:** Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN – Multi-state Compact
**Certifications:**
– Basic Life Support (BLS)
– Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
**Must-Have:**
– A diploma from an accredited nursing program
– Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
– Experience in direct patient care is preferred
– Ability to read, write, and speak English
– Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
– Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking skills
– Excellent time management skills
**Job Description:**
– Perform the Nursing Process including assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
– Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that reflects understanding of cultural diversity.
– Partner with patients and significant others to make the patient’s goals the focus of the care plan.
– Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care while promoting a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.

– Participate in performance improvement and research to promote safe, quality patient care.
