Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Specialty: Cath Lab

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current Cardiac Cath Lab experience required, along with RN Cath Lab and IR Angio experience

License: Active Arizona RN License

Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have:
– Must have an American Heart Association or American Red Cross certification.
– No Nursys hits on record.
– Flu vaccination status must be noted (declinations can be applied for).

Job Description:
– Candidates must not have an Arizona home address on their driver’s license, please include a copy in submission.
– A specific cover page is necessary, and all locations the candidate is willing to work in should be listed.
– Experience in various departments the candidate is open to. Working must be checked on the cover page.
– Pre-closed candidates are preferred, and please inform if the candidate withdraws or is unavailable.
– RTO should be less than 7 days and will not be approved in the first two weeks of the assignment.
– All shifts, departments, and facilities the traveler is open to working in should be clearly stated in the submission.
– Candidates should have a comprehensive profile with the cover page filled out, complete resume, recent skills checklist, active license verification, and required certifications active upon submission.
– On-call and weekend schedules are to be determined by the facility.
– Ensure compliance with specific background requirements and attest to the necessary compliance standards.
