Job Description:
– Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries.
– Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures.
– Monitor patients’ clinical conditions and document changes accurately.
– Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.
– Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
– Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care.
– Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments.
