Job Description:
– Work in an ICU Stepdown environment, providing specialized care.
– Manage patients with a variety of conditions, including Medical, Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA), Cardiac, Gastrointestinal (GI), Renal, Sepsis, Trauma, and Post-Surgery cases.
– Provide care in a dedicated Stroke Unit with a 12-bed capacity.
– Ensure a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4 to maintain high-quality care.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
– Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to enhance nursing skills.
– Demonstrate strong communication and critical-thinking skills in high-pressure situations.
