Job Description:
– Provide comprehensive care to patients during labor and delivery
– Monitor fetal heart rates and mother’s vital signs, labor progress reports, assist in complications, and perform emergency interventions as necessary
– Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
– Educate and support mothers before, during, and after delivery
– Maintain detailed patient records and ensure the highest level of care is delivered consistently
– Support and comply with policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare facility
– Demonstrate compassionate patient-centered care and strong interpersonal skills
