Experience: Minimum of 1 year

License: Valid RN license

Certifications:
– ACLS
– NIH Certification (Required by start date if not already obtained)

Must-Have:
– IV medication drips experience
– Cardiac monitoring skills

Job Description:
– Provide care for patients on a neuro-focused Progressive Care Unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1.
– Possible floating required to med-surg areas within the facility with a 5:1 or 6:1 ratio.
– Utilize GE hardwired monitors in designated rooms.
– Collaborate with a team consisting of night shift nurses and a patient care technician, with shared charge nurse duties for neurological patients.
– Contribute to a great team culture, known for strong teamwork and regular get-togethers outside of work.
– Dress code requires navy blue scrubs to maintain a professional appearance.
– Participate in a unit known for excellent collaboration and support, contributing to high extension rates for contact labor.
– Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
