Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Endoscopy Experience Required, Travel Experience Preferred

License: RN License Required

Certifications: NIHSS, ACLS, BLS Required

Must-Have: Candidates must live at least 50 miles away, BSN Highly Desired, and 3 or more years of endoscopy experience is required.

Job Description:
– Fulfill the needs of patients, families, and the community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
– Deliver care to patients in a competent, capable, caring, and efficient manner.
– Apply knowledge of growth and development over the lifespan necessary to provide age-appropriate care.
– Demonstrate the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs.
– Show an understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients.
– Make initial assessments and determine appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidenced by appropriate documentation.
– Perform initial and ongoing assessments on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as seen in appropriate documentation.
– Complete admission assessments within the established timeframe, according to policy and procedures.
