Travel Nurse RN – ICU/Critical Care – $2,231 per week in Phoenix, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Specialty: Intensive Care Unit – Neuro

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current Neuro ICU experience required. Travel experience preferred.

License: Active Arizona RN license required

Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have:
– Certifications must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross and active upon submission.
– No disciplinary actions on Nursys.
– Flu vaccination status must be included; forms available for declination.
– Driver’s License (candidates with an AZ home address on their driver’s license will not be considered).

Job Description:
– This position requires a thorough vetting of all locations the candidate is willing to work.
– Include all experienced departments the candidate is willing to accept/work in.
– Start date should align closely with the order start date; any request for time off should be clearly noted and must not exceed 7 days.
– Time off will not be approved within the first two weeks of the assignment.
– Candidates must be ready to accept the offer immediately upon submission.
– Notify if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available.
– Candidates should have no Nursys hits; background requirements must be met.
