Job Description:

– Looking for an experienced, independent, flexible, and dependable ICU nurse.
– Work schedule may involve rotation to the night shift.
– Patient ratios are 3:1.
– First-time applicants are not accepted.
– Weekend shifts required, either every weekend or every other weekend.
– Clinician may float within their scope to meet facility needs.
– Open to accommodating block scheduling.
– Remote Travel Option (RTO) restrictions apply, with reasonable consideration given with prior approval within the contract.
– Facility requires candidates to have a permanent address more than 100 miles away, although those between 75 to 100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
– Previous probationary actions on licenses are considered on a case-by-case basis.
– Permanent employees cannot transition to travelers for two years following their last worked permanent date after the merger of several health systems.
– The full documentation file is due the Monday prior to the start date to avoid delays.
– Non-billable modules are completed prior to the start and included in 16 hours of onboarding. Module completion is monitored by the compliance team.
– Orientation involves 16 hours, non-billable.
