Job Description:
– Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
– Monitor and assess patient condition and provide appropriate interventions.
– Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
– Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
– Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient care.
– Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-hospital care.
– Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
– Adapt to the dynamic clinical environment and provide compassionate patient care.
