Job Description

**Job Title:** RN Case Manager

**Job Specialty:** RN Case Manager

**Job Duration:** 20-week contract

**Shift:** 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM, 5×8 schedule (Would consider 4×10 for the right candidate)

**Guaranteed Hours:**

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of acute case management experience; traveler experience is a plus

**License:** Conditional license accepted; applicants must have already begun the process for permanent licensure. Assignment duration based on conditional license, with potential extension upon permanent licensure issue.

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS)

**Must-Have:**

– Acute case management experience
