Travel Nurse RN – ICU/Critical Care – $1,942 per week in Elkins, WV

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Shift:** Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

**License:** Compact state license accepted; candidates with pending licenses will be considered

**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS (via American Heart Association)

**Must-Have:**
– Willingness to work weekends
– Travel experience is required
– Must live more than 100 miles away from the facility for eligibility

**Job Description:**
– Locals are not accepted, with a radius rule of 75 miles.
– Shift: 3×12 Nights, including weekdays, some weekends, holidays, and float as needed.
– Floating to Med Surg is required during low census in ICU.
– On-call duty during low census one shift per two-week pay period.
– Blocked schedule preferences will be considered, but grouping of shifts is not guaranteed.
– Patient ratio is typically 2:1 or 3:1.
– Experience with charting systems AllScripts/McKesson is required.
– Flu vaccine is mandatory, medical exemptions require documentation from a physician.
– Orientation is comprised of 16 hours and includes required modules.
– Orientation and modules are self-reported and vary by specialty.
– Note on health system policy: Current employees of the health system are ineligible for a travel contract if they have been employed within two years.
