Must-Have: ICU experience

Job Description:
– Work in an ICU unit with 16 beds and a team comprising both day and night shifts including a charge nurse and 8 Registered Nurses.
– Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 2:1.
– Utilize standard ICU equipment and electronic medical records through Meditech.
– Perform procedures such as central line and arterial line placement, intubation, and external ventricular drain placement.
– Collaborate with a team that values accountability, caring, and team support.
– Be willing to float across other ICU units, Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), and Progressive Care Units (PCU) as needed.
– Follow a dress code requiring Royal Blue scrubs.
– Commit to working at least 4 weekends per schedule period.
– Ideal candidates will have experience in Meditech, oncology, or neurological care.
