Job Description:

– Work in Labor and Delivery on a unit with 26 beds.
– Collaborate with a team comprising 112 staff members.
– Participate in a night shift team with 12 nurses, 2 surgical technologists, and 1 unit clerk.
– Manage patient ratios including high-risk labor and C-sections at 1:1, and other ratios such as 1:2 and 1:3 for different conditions.
– Utilize equipment like Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, and Monica Novii telemetry.
– Operate using the CPN Gold and Meditech EMR systems.
– Contribute to procedures such as C-sections, Inductions, AROM, IUPC, DFM, and Doppler.
– Join a unit with a self-scheduling option, enhancing staff satisfaction.
– Be part of a supportive team with strong leadership and a collaborative approach.
– Gain experience from tenured nurses with 20-40 years of experience.
