Travel Nurse RN – PCU – $1,748 to $1,800 per week in Thomasville, GA

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the Stepdown/PCU unit

• Monitor patients’ telemetry and manage IV administration

• Assist with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care

• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide safe and efficient patient care

• Adhere to hospital policies and protocols for patient safety and quality

• Ensure accurate documentation in the Cerner EMR system

• Participate in on-call and holiday rotations as needed

• Maintain appropriate communication with patients, families, and staff

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 3+ years of recent Stepdown/PCU nursing experience

• Certifications Required:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• Skills Required:

  • Telemetry monitoring

  • Intermediate/Advanced FM (fetal monitoring)

  • IV starts

• EMR Experience: Cerner

• Scrubs: Royal Blue (not provided)
